Thermoplastic Sheet ( 920mm*610mm*3.2mm ) is an excellent choice for applications where appearance, toughness or complex thermoforming is required. It is used for thermoformed equipment housings, kiosks, medical devices, and POP displays.

This sheet is used by the orthotics industry for neck braces, body jackets, and upper extremity orthoses. It provides rigidity, excellent formability, and wear-resistance.

This sheet can be melted by using a heat gun and molded to shape using the hands or using a tool. Thermoplastic sheets can be re-melted so you can mold, reshape and add to your work as often as needed.
